Proyecto Integral de Empleo (P.I.E.) 
From February 1, 2010 has launched an integration unit that is integrated in the Strategic Plan 2012 RACING Provincial de Cádiz, managed by the Institute of Employment and Socio-Economic and Technological Development of the Honorable Provincial de Cádiz (IEDT ) For the design and management of labor and social inclusion personalized itineraries and comprehensive, that include specific motivation, information, guidance, assistance, support to finding employment or own business generation, and directed to areas of population special difficulties for the insertion.
The beneficiaries of the program of the Association of Progressive Women "Victoria Kent", will be included in the groups of women subjected to physical abuse and / or psychological and immigrant men and women.
May have different levels of training.
The beneficiaries / as ranging between 16 and 64 years can be registered as seeking work in the Office of the Andalusian Employment Service, the information will be duly updated.
The training activities will be:

   1. Health and social care to people at home.
   2. Childhood education.
   3. Basic operations of the kitchen.
   4. Installation and maintenance of gardens and parkland.
All these actions have a duration of nine months, with two defined stages:

    * First stage of training.
    * Second stage of practice.

The start date is to be specified.
We are currently in the process of selection of all the beneficiaries / as through the Andalusian Employment Service.

 Course for cooking and baking all kinds of people with interest in the subject taught in the course. From September to June.

  Integration Training January to March 09
Integration Training Course (January-March 2009) where they discussed the following modules: social-health habit, knowledge of custom, and Techniques of Vocational Guidance, aimed at people of other nationalities and geographical origins (North Africa, Sub-sahara, Asia, Latin America, etc..) residing in the Campo de Gibraltar, and are forced to adapt to a new form of social life and a different cultural model of its origin.

Volunteer 
Volunteer Course: designed to train people interested in participating in civil society in the region. They are designed training programs to train these people in the intervention with different target groups, including specialized training in each of them.
